Cherise Bullock Cassell is a Senior Program Manager, leadership mentor, and certified PMP® trainer with more than 20 years of experience leading complex federal and SaaS programs. She has successfully delivered strategic initiatives, mentored professionals, and helped organizations achieve measurable results through effective leadership and project management.
Inspired by her own leadership journey, Cherise founded Lady LEADER Academy™ to equip aspiring and experienced professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and credentials to advance their careers. Through instructor-led PMP® certification training, leadership development, mentoring, and community-based programs, she is committed to removing barriers to professional growth while creating opportunities for leaders to thrive.
As an RMC Learning Solutions Training Partner, Cherise combines proven PMP® exam preparation with practical, real-world leadership experience to help professionals develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to lead with purpose, authenticity, and impact.
