Founded by Cherise Bullock Cassell, PMP, a certified RMC Training Partner and lifelong advocate for authentic leadership, Lady LEADER Academy helps individuals embrace the power of their natural strengths — empathy, intuition, and emotional intelligence — to lead with confidence and grace.
Rooted in feminine leadership principles yet inclusive of all, we empower professionals to lead with authenticity, purpose, and heart — redefining what it means to lead with emotional intelligence in today’s world.

Free Community PMP® Boot Camp
Removing financial barriers so everyone can grow, learn, and lead. 35 hours of instructor-led PMP® training. (Up to 35 participants per cohort)
Premium PMP® Boot Camp
High-touch, personalized instruction in intimate settings. This 35-hour, instructor-led boot camp meets PMI’s PMP® training requirements and blends exam prep with real-world leadership coaching. (Up to 10 participants)

Private leadership and career coaching tailored to your goals and growth.

Cherise Bullock Cassell is a Senior Program Manager, PMP Trainer, and leadership mentor with over 20 years of experience leading federal and SaaS programs. Through her own leadership journey, Cherise founded Lady LEADER Academy to equip professionals with the tools, confidence, and credentials to rise — while intentionally creating space for women leaders to thrive.
