Founded by Cherise Bullock Cassell, PMP, a certified RMC Training Partner and lifelong advocate for authentic leadership, Lady LEADER Academy helps individuals embrace the power of their natural strengths — empathy, intuition, and emotional intelligence — to lead with confidence and grace.
Rooted in feminine leadership principles yet inclusive of all, we empower professionals to lead with authenticity, purpose, and heart — redefining what it means to lead with emotional intelligence in today’s world.

Free Community PMP® Boot Camp
Removing financial barriers so everyone can grow, learn, and lead. 35 hours of instructor-led PMP® training. (Up to 30 participants per cohort)
Premium PMP® Boot Camp
High-touch, personalized instruction in intimate settings. This 35-hour, instructor-led boot camp meets PMI’s PMP® training requirements and blends exam prep with real-world leadership coaching. (Up to 10 participants)

Not everyone can afford the costs associated with achieving PMP certification — but together, we can change that. Through our Sponsor a Leader initiative, organizations and individuals can fund study materials and exam fees for deserving participants, helping to support a student’s journey towards leadership.
