1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Lady LEADER Academy™ (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, courses, coaching programs, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Website and Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Attempt to disrupt the website or server
Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials without permission
Use our services to harass or harm another person
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for conduct that violates these Terms.

2. Course Enrollment & Participation

By enrolling in any free or paid program, you agree:

To provide accurate information
To attend scheduled sessions on time (where applicable)
Not to record, share, or distribute course content without written permission
To maintain respectful conduct toward participants and instructors

We may remove participants for disruptive behavior, misuse of materials, or inappropriate conduct.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for Community Boot Camp enrollment fees, Premium Programs, Coaching Sessions, or Sponsorships is processed securely through approved third-party payment processors.

We do not store credit card details.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, slides, guides, web content, graphics, videos, and branding, is the property of Lady LEADER Academy™. None of this content may be reproduced, shared, or sold without written approval.

5. No Guarantees

Lady LEADER Academy™ offers leadership coaching and training to support your professional development. However, we do not guarantee: passing the PMP® certification or any exam, employment or job placement, or specific performance outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, study, and application of the material.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues, scheduling changes, missed sessions, or the use of course materials related to leadership coaching or PMP® certification. Additionally, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the training, coaching, or guidance provided during your professional development journey. You use our services at your own discretion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for reasons including fraudulent activity, payment issues, violation of policies, or disruptive conduct. This is essential to maintain a safe environment for all users, especially those engaged in leadership coaching, pursuing PMP® certification, or seeking professional development.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Lady LEADER Academy™ is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality leadership and PMP® training. To maintain fairness and capacity planning, the following policies apply.

1. Community-based PMP® Boot Camp

Tuition

Tuition for the Community-based PMP® Boot Camp is 100% scholarship supported. Participants are not charged tuition for the 35-hour training program.

Enrollment Fee

A $79 enrollment fee is required to secure a seat in a scheduled cohort. The enrollment fee covers administrative, technology, payment processing, and other operating expenses associated with delivering the program and is separate from tuition.

The $79 enrollment fee is non-refundable.
Enrollment is not confirmed until the enrollment fee has been paid.
Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
A participant may request one transfer of their enrollment fee to a future cohort, subject to seat availability, provided the request is received more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the participant's enrolled cohort.
Transfer requests received within 48 hours of the cohort start date or after the cohort begins will not be accepted.
Failure to attend does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or transfer.
Participants who previously transferred and are unable to attend the new cohort must complete a new enrollment and pay a new enrollment fee to participate in another cohort.

Missed Sessions

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled training sessions. Missed instructional hours must be made up through paid one-on-one instruction when necessary to satisfy certificate requirements.

2. Premium PMP® Boot Camp (Paid Program)

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your seat and cover administrative preparation.

Full Tuition

Refunds for tuition (exclusive of deposit):

$1,800 total program price
$300 non-refundable deposit applied toward total
$1,500 remaining tuition

The $300 deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the $1,800 total program investment.
The remaining $1,500 balance is due before the first class.
Cancellation 10+ days before program start: 100% refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit
Cancellation 5–9 days before program start: 50% refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit
Cancellation within 4 days of program start: No refund

Transfer Requests

A participant may request one transfer of their enrollment fee to a future cohort, subject to seat availability, provided the request is received more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the participant's enrolled cohort.
Transfer requests received within 48 hours of the cohort start date or after the cohort begins will not be accepted.

3. One-on-One Coaching

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund or reschedule

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable

No-shows for coaching sessions are non-refundable

4. Donations & Sponsorships

Because donations and sponsorships fund community access:

All donations are non-refundable
Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable
Sponsors may remain anonymous upon request

4. ONE-ON-ONE COACHING AGREEMENT

This Coaching Agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities between Lady LEADER Academy™ and coaching clients.

1. Purpose of Coaching

Coaching supports:

Professional development
PMP® or exam preparation
Leadership growth
Career planning

Coaching is not legal, financial, medical/mental-health or other licensed professional advice.

2. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality except when:

Required by law
Safety concerns arise
Information is shared voluntarily

3. Session Structure

Sessions are conducted via phone, video, or another mutually agreed method

Duration: Coaching sessions are approximately 60 minutes, unless a different duration is specified at booking.

Scheduling must be confirmed in advance

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking

Rates are published on LadyLeaderAcademy.com

No refunds for missed or late-cancelled sessions (see refund policy)

5. Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities:

Show up on time
Be prepared
Implement agreed-upon actions
Communicate honestly about goals

Coach Responsibilities:

Provide guidance based on experience and best practices
Maintain professionalism
Offer resources and support
Respect client confidentiality
